The Goblin Warhammer Online Mastery Guide Review

guide

In a highly competitive game like Warhammer Online, it’s hard for players that aren’t hardcore power players to get ahead. I used to be completely opposed to strategy guides because I always thought that they were up there with cheating. My favorite part of using the Goblin Warhammer Online Mastery Guide was the fact that it gave you great tips, tricks and strategies but without using exploits or taking advantage of glitches or anything like that. I didn’t feel like I was cheating but rather getting up to speed with the techniques being used by everyone else.

The Goblin Warhammer Mastery Guide features a gold guide, both an order and a destruction leveling guide, renown guide, career guide, and perhaps the most important guide to success in Warhammer Online, an RvR guide. When you purchase the guide all these become available to you along with video guides and a membership the member forums.

My favorite part was the leveling guide. I didn’t pick up the guide until I was around level 30 on my Ironbreaker so I didn’t get to test it out all the way from the beginning but it did help me get to 40 much faster than I would have otherwise. Then, I wanted to test the guide to see if it held up to it’s promise in being able to level all the way from 1 – 40 in three days. I created a Marauder, consulted the guide and off I went. To my extreme surprise, I finished at 40 in just under 3 days. I was amazed because I am far from an awesome gamer and I’ve always been one to lag behind in MMOs.

The thing that makes this guide the most valuable though is because it’s constantly updated. Most online guides, and especially hard copy guides you can buy in stores, are created and then quickly become irrelevant as the game progresses. The Goblin Guide is always relevant and never gets outdated. This is worth the purchase price alone.

Overall I would definitely give this guide a 10/10. With all the different guides you get, plus the video guides, plus the member forum, plus the constant updates, it’s an excellent value (especially with the 60 day guarantee). I’d recommend this guide to anyone who is struggling or just looking to pick up a few extra pointers, tips, or strategies in Warhammer Online.

WoW Quest Helper – Dugi’s Ultimate WoW Guide Review, The Faster Easiest Way To Level Gold PvP Guide

guide

WoW quest helper is hard to come by. There are a ton of them. What’s even harder to find is a guide that will cover alot of what you need to get started on the right foot. Thankfully, based on my experience I found a guide that covers all this ground effectively.

Dugi’s Ultimate World of Warcraft Guide was one of the best quest helpers out there already. I thought it was good too, but my beef was that it was way behind in the in-game leveling guide category. I thought that it needed a mod to guide you by the hand within the game itself, much like some of the newer WoW leveling guides. That has now changed, Dugi has added an in-game leveling guide. Coupled with the gold guide and pvp guide, this seems like a formidable package, let’s see the leveling guide first.

If you’ve seen some of the other in-game leveling guides, then you might have noticed that they sometimes take alot of screen real estate. Well Dugi changes all this by making the smallest in-game leveling guide out there, due to its compact size its great for laptop users. Let’s look at a few more features.

Dugi’s Leveling Guide is an in-game waypoint arrow that points you directly to where you need to go. That alone is great, but it also comes with a few other features that really make the leveling experience the easiest I’ve ever seen. The add-on automatically detects objective completion and let’s you know what the next step is. It has detailed instructions for every single quest, all you have to do is hover over the guide and it shows you the order of steps. It has automatic class detection and tells you which items to use and at what times.

Dugi’s leveling guide has a new and exclusive feature which I really enjoyed, it is a step-by-step in-game Leveling Talent Guide. If you’ve played for awhile then you know how leveling talent correctly will help you to level faster. This is nice exclusive feature, no other WoW quest helper has anything like it.

Dugi’s World of Warcraft Leveling Guide comes with full access to member only forums. I’ve test posted and found the community very nice and responsive. The members site also has full technical support as well as what I consider the best video tutorials of any of the leveling guides I’ve tested. This in-game leveling guide is very nicely done.

Dugi’s PvP Guide is also part of the package. What’s interesting about this guide is that it is actually a very interactive members website. Yes, that is correct, it’s not an ebook. I was surprised by this approach but I found that it works alot better than an ebook. For instance, there is the class page, it has not only the best strategies utilized for each class, but also the best macros to use, and what’s really cool are the video tutorials. Each subpage explaining the class PvP strategies is full of links that lead to deeper explanations if you need them. This is full of PvP information and it’s very well organized. Thumbs up.

Dugi’s Farming Gold Guide and Professions Guide are done very well also. They are also interactive websites and not ebooks. They include video tutorials that will help a player of any level. I found this well done, and the first method he teaches is simple yet very effective. I can’t disclose it of course, but as a seasoned veteran I was surprised I had missed this particular gold farming strategy. It’s all white hat so no worries there. I’ll add that all of Dugi’s guides are legitimate and legal strategies. Again, this portion of the WoW quest helper is great. I’ll add quickly that the forums are very cool, there you will find a bunch of secret areas, and tried and true methods above and beyond just the guides themselves.

All in all, a great set of guides. Dugi actually has a very practical strategy that he describes as this. First; get one level 80: Second; fund your characters gold: Third; Dominate in PVP. I found this to be a great approach. I highly recommend this WoW quest helper, so far it’s the best I’ve used. Good luck!

Wotlk Gold Guide – Zuggy’s Gold Mastery Guide – Interview

guide

Derek Hales agreed to sit down with Just My Two Copper and talk about his amazing gold making ebook: Zuggy’s Gold Mastery Guide.

Here is the interview that followed:

JMTC: Hello Derek! Thank you for agreeing to this interview, my readers have been asking me to look into gold guides for them and we all really appreciate you doing this.

Derek: It’s my pleasure, Markco. Thanks for the opportunity.

JMTC: Well Derek, the first question I have for you is this: Were you really a gold seller at one point in the game? How much gold could you make per week then and how much can you make now?

Derek: Sadly I have to admit, yes. Early in my World of Warcraft career I worked as a free lance farmer, supplying several gold selling companies. I was an active farmer through about half of the Burning Crusade, when I finally went clean.

Total gold per week is something that’s gone through massive shifts with each expansion. During classic World of Warcraft I averaged 4,300 gold per week with a one week high of 9,000g. During The Burning Crusade I averaged 8,400 gold week with a one week high of 18,500g. And during the Wrath of the Lich King thus far I’ve been averaging 16,800g a week with a week high of 39,200g.

JMTC: That’s impressive, do you focus on farming, the auction house, or the conversion of items through the use of professions? Perhaps you do a little bit of everything?

Derek: When it comes to farming I’m definitely of the eclectic mindset. I would estimate my time breakdown for each respective category looks something like this; where each specific gold making methodology directly influences the other 2 sections.

Farming – 20%

Auction House – 40%

Professions – 40%

JMTC: How do you teach through your guide? We all know it’s an ebook, but do you use any video, maps, images, or narrations to help your readers?

Derek: My primary teaching method goes something like this…

Explain fundamentals of strategy in question

Quick hypothetical example using above fundamentals

Complete example using a real scenario I’ve experienced. This section includes various charts, images, diagrams, maps, and other resources to further reinforce the base fundamentals expressed in step 1.

I’m a big believer in the “learning by doing” mindset. I use examples and scenarios so that my members can learn to think and adapt to their server’s economy. It wouldn’t be a very good guide if all I did was list a ton of items to farm…

I want to explain why I do what I do, how I do it, and how my member’s can take this information and implement it on their specific server’s setting.

JMTC: That’s an approach I think most gold guides would never even think about attempting. How long did it take to write the guide?

Derek: My guide has been a labor of love for many years. The initial version of my guide took 3 months to compile my strategies and to conduct research and testing. Since then I’ve continued to release new versions of the guide, updating for major content patches and of course all expansions.

I’d estimate I’ve put 500 writing hours (and infinitely more research hours) into my gold farming system’s development.

JMTC: I’ve noticed that you frequently update your site at wow.zuggaming.com with new WOTLK content. Have you kept your guide updated as well? If so, did anything change drastically as far as making gold in WOTLK as compared to BC?

As with any expansion you can expect major changes, and this was particularly true for WotLK. There were tons of changes in the expansion, many more than even I anticipated. It took me 6 weeks of research and testing and 2 weeks of writing to complete the WotLK update for my guide.

With the exception of a few brief basics virtually 100% of the guide was updated to reflect the new information in the expansion. I continue to make new updates as needed, releasing a new version for each large content patch.

JMTC: What interests you in the game besides making gold? Have you done any raiding or pvp?

I pretty much do it all. During classic WoW I was a hardcore raider, spending way more time than I’d care to admit here as a part of a top 20 US raiding guild. During The Burning Crusade I pulled a complete 180 and went hardcore PvP, taking my 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 teams to as high as top 50 globally on the world arena rankings.

Today I consider myself a much more casual player. Currently I’m focused on leading my guild through the 25 man content as a restoration shaman and casually playing arena / battlegrounds with friends.

I’m also a full time college student attending Kansas State University.

JMTC: That’s pretty cool stuff, college was the best eight years of my life (JK) so enjoy it man! Those were all the major questions I had, is there anything else you’d like to tell my readers regarding your gold guide, perhaps what makes it better than the dozens of other guides online?

Derek: All I can say is this…you can buy a guide out there that covers some basic information, maybe enlightens you to few farming techniques you weren’t aware of, and maybe it’ll work for a few months, but if you want a guide that’s going to last the long haul then there isn’t a product out there that can compete with my guide.

No other guide author out there maintains the type of presence I do in the game, nor has the dedication and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. No other guide offers the type of one on one service that each and every one of my member receives. No other guide offers the type of expendiant updates I do (…trust me, I’ve seen these other alleged “WotLK Updated Gold Guide”).

I’m just like your readers…I’m a gamer, I love to play WoW and I love to teach people how to take their gold farming abilities to a level they never thought possible. These big corporate driven gold guides can’t hold a candle to the personable one on one training I offer each and every one of my members.

JMTC: Well thank you so much for doing this interview, hopefully this information is precisely what my readers are looking for and I’m sure they’d love to hear back from you in the future.

Derek: I hope so, Markco. Thanks again for inviting me along for this interview, it’s been a real pleasure.

Warhammer Online Guide: Goblin Guide Review

guide

If you are looking for a well written, comprehensive Warhammer Online Guide, then look no further than the Goblin Guide. This is the only guide available at the time of this writing that includes a gold making guide, a guide for RvR, a crafting guide, career/class guide, as well as an Order and Destruction guide for fast leveling from 1-40.

Warhammer Level Guide – Following the easy to read guide, you will find that questing can not only be painless, but also fun. No more running around for hours, trying to figure out what to do and where to go. The Goblin Guide details step-by-step everything you need to know to complete quests

in a timely manner. The guide itself is helpful enough, but there’s even more. You also have level and gold guides on video that you receive access to. I love the video guides. It makes it so much easier actually seeing how it’s done, rather than just reading about it.

Warhammer Gold Guide – Never fear running out of gold again while you are using the Goblin Gold Guide. You will receive plenty of tips and tricks to making gold in Warhammer Online. Some of these are basic tips you may have seen in World of Warcraft gold guides, but most of them specific to Warhammer Online and well worth it. I’ve watched my gold count rise and rise since putting to use what I learned from the Goblin Gold Guide.

Warhammer RvR Guide – Speed leveling in Warhammer Online through PvE is what most of the other guides teach. With the Goblin Guide, you will see how to get the most exp out of RvR as well as PvE. Following the other guides, I spent all my time leveling in PvE. That was a mistake, as RvR is not only good exp, but is also extremely fun. PvE may still be a bit faster for leveling, but why miss out on all the fun of RvR? You can also get your Renown rank up using the Renown 1-80 Rank Guide included with the Goblin Guide.

Although I haven’t tried it yet, I have every intention of doing some crafting at some point. In fact, after reading through the crafting guide, I might be starting real soon. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the Goblin Guide. It covers a lot more than other guides, and generally does a better job also.
