15 stress tips

I already talked about the disastrous effects of stress on health. I do not remake the topo. Stress = disease, impotence, loss of productivity, etc.. I do not speak of stress at work, many guilty of burnout, depression and suicide.

However, we must not delude ourselves. A life without stress today is that really possible? Is it even desirable? Indeed, there is stress and stress. For if excessive stress has effects that are known, a moderate stress intensity and time, however, can increase our capacity and spur us to do wonders.

The problem is that most of the time we are already far from the other side of the fence. We are too stressed, and our productivity, efficiency, and our joy of living down sharply.

I therefore propose a small compilation of stuff to fight against this scourge of modern times.

* Let off steam you: When we are under pressure 24/24 7 / 7, stress has no means to evacuate. To avoid the explosion, we must let off steam. Practicing sports is a very good way to empty the mind and body, to start from 0 on the right foot. Some martial arts like Aikido, for example, can really run out while learning to relax, and are therefore very effective in combating stress.
* Eat healthy: It’s a bit trite, but it’s not for nothing. A healthy diet, regular and balanced energy you will need to deal calmly with the imperatives of the day. Eat slowly and chew thoroughly. Thus, you avoid wasting energy unnecessarily digesting.
* Slow: Running around, wanting everything, it’s the best way of doing nothing well, and will cause unnecessary stress. When you see that you start hurrying unnecessarily, force you to slow down. Do as the Little Prince, who said:

If I had fifty-three minutes to spend, I walk slowly toward a water fountain.

* Take breaks: Sometimes slow is not enough. When you have so head to the grindstone to be unable to see where it goes, the best thing to do is yet to set foot on shore for reflecting. The breaks can take many forms: from the coffee break of 10 minutes for the job until the year off. A break is always useful to review and challenge.
* Do not overdo it: Work more, they said. Nonsense! Instead of making as much as possible, doing little but doing well. Needless to undertake more work than you can bear. You do not know how to choose? Ask yourself this urgent thing I should do, is it really important? Is it important for me or for someone else? There is no reason that you are responsible for all the ills of the Earth, but to resist, you will need …
* Learn to say no: It offers a cumbersome project? A useless task? To sign yet another petition? Take a deep breath and say it aloud: no! And tell yourself that you do not feel guilty for having time off. Those repprochent you can not manage their time, that’s all.
* Prepare in advance: Procrastination is a huge source of stress. By dint of any procrastination, we find ourselves in a situation of permanent emergency, with the result … stress, bravo madame! To avoid finding yourself in a corner, always act as soon as possible, ie as soon as you can. You’ll be quiet for the rest, and get better results calmly.
* Context: To force to act without thinking, we end up taking grains of dust to the mountains. Remember the two steps: 1) Do not make a mountain out of what is okay and 2) remember that nothing is serious. When you have a concern, ask yourself these questions: What is the worst thing that can happen? Is it really serious? Relativize your problems you will live more serenely.
* See the positive side: In the line of precedent, one can always find something positive in a negative situation. Nothing is ever black or white, then do a little mixing of colors.
* Do not try to control everything: Anyway, it’s impossible. Whether your employees, your children, even chance, the sooner you accept that some things always escape your control, you better wear. Seeing things from this angle, you will learn to guide rather than control. As you adapt, rather than submit. And you’ll feel better.
* Do one thing at a time: Making 10 tricks at the same time can give you the impression of being productive and useful. It’s all well and good, but it is false. We can not juggle multiple jobs, and all do well. When you work on something, put blinders, you cut the rest (close your mail programs, instant messaging, close your door, connect the answering machine). And learn how to manage interruptions effectively.
* Avoid dirty cons: there are people who can not help making their world *** ch. It’s like that. Ok, usually, these people need help, but sometimes it is more beneficial to you they slam the door in his face, avoid like the plague, not to approach them. For the bullshit can be horribly contagious, you do not want a con as a model, if?
* Store: A house full of b ** del, a desk covered in old papers, “that saturates the brain of useless information, which hinders your movement, which generates stress. Conversely, a clean and well set off a source of serenity. In addition, I’ll tell you one thing: a psychological study [1] showed that employees whose office is tidy are the most likely 1) to get a promotion and 2) go out with him / them the colleague well pleases.
* Spend time with people you love: Sometimes when you work too much, you feel guilty of neglecting his family. Remember that people you love are equally or more important than your job. If you can not do otherwise, make an appointment with your kids or your spouse for an outing or an activity together, and treat it like any appointment with an important client.
* Be useful: It’s a bit paradoxical to add labor, but to belong to an association helping the poor, making himself useful to his community is a source of joy, happiness and serenity. We all aspire to leave our mark on this Earth. Helping others is a great way to do so.

If you follow all these tips, you should feel better. Then follow them. Now. Later, it will be too late.

Positive thinking

Positive thinking works. It is scientifically proven. But to be more realistic in my remarks, I have experienced.

So is it possible to succeed in life as a woman using positive thinking? But in fact, what is thought? Thought is an activity that takes place in the cerebral cortex and mobilizes a set of mental resources such as thinking, memory, cognition and representation in order to achieve a goal as the production of an idea.

Complicated? Not so much because everything done by automation.

Power 1 – To succeed in life, saturating your brain!

For positive thinking to succeed, a number of factors must be met. Do you constantly for your trouble? Then they multiply. You should instead think about your goals. Positive thinking requires that you remain consistent and positive. Stay focused!

As a woman, it can become difficult to balance work, family, self-realization and more, to have positive thoughts.

Like your brain can hold only three thoughts at once, so get used to replace all your negative thoughts into positive thoughts. That is why have goals in life is so important. They give you the opportunity to focus your mind on positive thoughts.

Power 2 – Positive thinking is a matter of vibration.

When you constantly think about the goals you want to reach your dreams, your passions, your brain is saturated with positive power mode. So there is more space to accommodate negative thoughts. Less or no negative thought triggers a process that invariably leads to success!

When you have positive thoughts, you raise your vibrations. You emit waves that are raising your vibration and which also raise the vibration of those around you. You’ve probably experienced this: You enter a room where people are happy, they dance, they sing! Suddenly, you become happy too! Why? Because their positive vibes will have gone through and it feels good?

Power 3 – Watch out for words!

Your projection of positive thinking can be felt on the people around you as surely as yourself. Therefore it is very important to have the most possible positive thoughts in order to succeed in life. And it all starts with the words!

The words we use every day to talk to others have a major impact. When you talk about your plans and all that occupies your mind (you know! This small-talk that keeps running through our heads all day long) have a visible effect on the success of your life. They reflect your beliefs and the confidence you have in your chances of success. These words also reflect what we believe the world around us and what we believe to receive.

The words become “prophecies” to the extent they are our reality of tomorrow. They can then alter the course of our existence, both in positive than negative.

As a woman, positive thinking is the greatest powers. Positive thinking is a fabulous energy is the energy of the universe.
